SparkCalc User Agreement

1. Agreement Introduction

Welcome to SparkCalc (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is an agreement between you and the SparkCalc App Developer (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your use of the App's services.

Please read and fully understand all contents of this Agreement before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not install or use the App.

2. Service Content

SparkCalc is a feature-rich calculator application that provides the following services:

• Basic Calculation Functions: Allows users to input numbers and perform basic mathematical operations.
• Theme Customization: Offers multiple selectable calculator themes.

3. Account and Subscription

3.1 Free Services

The App provides basic calculation functions and some theme skins for free.

4. User Conduct Guidelines

4.1 Users agree not to use the App for the following activities:

• Uploading or publishing content that violates national laws and regulations.
• Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights.
• Engaging in any activities that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet.
• Using the App for any illegal or inappropriate activities.

4.2

If a user is found to violate the above regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate service to that user.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1

All ownership, operation rights, and intellectual property rights of the App belong to us.

5.2

Users are granted a limited license to use the App and may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

6. Disclaimer

6.1

We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of calculation results, but we are not responsible for any results generated by using the App. Users should verify the accuracy of important calculation results themselves.

6.2

We are not responsible for service interruptions or other defects caused by network conditions, communication lines, technical reasons, or force majeure.

7. Agreement Modification

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified agreement terms will be published within the App without separate notice. Your continued use of the App will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court.
